and so am I by Friday. Climate change purveyors, hotter hots and colder colds
Follow Ups:
Supposed to be ice here instead of snow. Great.
Looks like it starts to moderate a bit next week.
Been miserable bike weather since the middle of November. Totally unlike last year. I put nearly 250 miles on my bike last December but I'm short of 50 miles for this December. If it warms up into the upper 30's, we get rain. The ground stays frozen, and the section of bike trail paved with crushed limestone ends up with a layer of slime on them that penetrates everything on the bike. Normally, crushed limestone over coarse gravel drains well but not when the ground is frozen underneath it.
The Steelers play Saturday night. Game time temps should be in the single digits.

Friday morning we're looking at 9F with sub-zero wind chill.
Pray for our grid.
Our grid usually holds up better though.
Power fails, I can still make coffee (using the fireplace), but when it comes to tunes, it'll be just me and the guitar. Ewwww.

...but it costs a hell of a lot less to live here. No wildfires or earthquakes either.

that 6.4 last night woke me up in time to stoke the wood stove so I can stay warm up on the 'Mendonoma Coast'!
kept me warm...
Happy Listening
Haven't heard from her yet about the quake.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
