and can testify that with the removal of the extraneous noise, they are an improvement over the worn-out stock feet. Soundstage may have improved, the reverb is gone, and my steps are no longer audible. Easy recommendation for owners of the older technics obsidian plinths.
Now if I could just find some replacement hinges for the dustcover!

removing the cover when listening? Then just set it back in place when not playing to keep dust out?

I'd be curious about playing with the lid up, if it would hold on its own. I can dry brush an LP and cue it up holding the lid up with my forearm, but it is less than ideal.
