I mentioned last week in a spinning thread that I was listening to a Crosby Stills Nash and Young Deja Vu record, but it was red. The label on the record says made in Holland. I looked in my records catalog and found nothing about SD19118 ever being made in red. Is this a goldmine? 😂 LOL.
It's a 1977 pressing and the originals are SD7200 and made in 1970. I have 5 SD7200s, but not in great shape.
On a sour note, I jumped on the Acoustic Sounds Hobson library for the Deja Vu this morning only to learn it was already sold, but the website did not reflect it....WTFO!

Thanks. I ask in your initial post if it was red vinyl or a red label since I was not familiar with either variation. But that must have been after you no longer looked back for comments.
Anyway, this is all interesting since I liked the album. Now I need to dig my copy out to see which it might be.

It's likely this sort of thing has happened more than once. If collectors will pay big prices, someone will figure out a way to manufacture the records.
It's actually considered Brown. I've seen a couple of 'em, through the years.
Here are popsike results.

I recently picked up a M- Monarch pressing of Deja Vu. I prefer this copy over my MFSL copy from the 80's.
Thank you for the information. Very helpful. I must be color blind, LOL.
Will look for that information on the 5 copies I own and provide an update.
