One of my favorite English folk groups. I loved Jacqui McShee's voice and John Renbourn and Bert Jansch I continue to listen to.

I discovered Stereophile magazine about 1971 (at Tower Records). J Gordon Holt included "The Pentangle" among his reference recordings. That was unusual since most of his other references were classical.
Anyway, that influenced me to pick up a copy. And that stated me on an ongoing interest/love of British folk-rock. So Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Battlefield Band, Silly Sisters, Silly Wizard, and others joined my LP collection.

I took that same journey. Started about 2 years sooner, but it continues to this day.
