Yeah, shipping has gotten quite expensive for larger packages.I have tried selling locally, but I'm in a pretty small town for audiophile gear (Boise, Idaho) so no nibbles. I was tempted to buy it myself, but I really prefer my SOTA Comet (mostly because the unipivot arm isn't my style).
Since the friend isn't in any rush, then it can sit until the right buyer comes along.
Thanks for all the replies!

Put the ad on the Portland & Seattle CraigsList. It is a reasonable drive.
I tried that... they were flagged & pulled in less than an hour! I even stated in the ad that I was in Boise & would drive over to deliver, but to no avail...
Don't let the uni-pivot arm chase you away. It is a good design and gives you satisfaction once set up correctly. The design gives you so much control on VTA, azimuth, and SRA. You won't be limited to cartridges to use. Plus, the dual pivot add on helps to control the wobble people are scared of.
Thanks for the info... I'll pass this along to the future buyer. I'm not keeping this table, since I'm quite happy with my SOTA Comet!
