I always have a good time in ER's.
My Junior Year Abroad my roommate and I dump our bike on some ice and both of us have the same badly damaged kneecaps. Bike runs OK so we ride down to the famous Radcliffe Infirmary and check into the ER. It's late at night and a couple of bored interns come in and inject our knees with local pain killer saying someone will be in to clean the wound.
So this even younger than us girl comes in wearing that cute little hat carrying a soapy water tray and a vegetable brush, and begins half-halfheartedly dabbing at the gravel encrusted wound. It dawns on me she's clueless about the local anesthetic we got; that the almost-a-doctor boys are having some fun with her. So I grab the brush and begin scrubbing away at my knee. Her eyes got big, then rolled back and my roommate grabbed her before she hit the floor. Poor thing.

I caved. You should too.
There's absolutely nothing here anymore but but the rehashed past. At least Ole Man River Valley introduced us to a hipsterism, Rule 34.
Now back to obsolete mid-fi cartridges and tables no one cares about.
