I had catalogued more than 500 LPs with the Discogs app until about two weeks ago and then took a break. Since I attempted to start up again several days ago, I've consistently gotten an error message that offers 2 choices: Try Again or OK. Using Try Again simply results in the same error message. Using OK results in a message that the item can't be found. On the other hand for those few LPs I have with a bar code, i.e., newer ones, scanning will catalogue them.
Has anyone else had similar issues with this app? If so, any idea how to fix it?
Thanks for any info.

...there is an App forum for discussing features and problems of the app. If you ask your question there, you will probably get some sort of immediate response.
it has worked fine for me. You may try and email them, although it takes them ages to respond. Is the problem on your phone or computer? You might want to try another browser (chrome-safari).
I use the computer to input, and the phone to check (particularly when traveling) what I have. I managed to get just over 2700 in there so far.
I really like the site for a catalogue tool, but have had very mixed results purchasing there. At least 50% were over-graded, and this is on 8 items. I have given up, as there is no recourse.
good luck P
I have had a different purchasing problem on Discogs. I would say 80% of the time I get a response that Item is No Longer Available. I have given up unless it is something I really want that is not available elsewhere.

condition irregularities just like eBay. Thankfully, I nave always received a refund.
That's interesting because I've bought probably 200 LPs from Discogs and have had really good luck. I find the sellers to be responsive and any time I've questioned condition, I've been able to return at their cost and get my money back or in the case of cheaper LPs, just an apology and a refund and I've been told to keep the LP. Everyone I've purchased from seems super nice too. Maybe give them another shot?I really like Dusty Groove online also. A little more expensive but they have great stuff and are also very nice and responsive.

And, they have great tee shirts too.

Thanks for the tip about the t-shirts! Never noticed them before. Just bought 3 LPs and a black shirt to go along with my Cactus Records (Houston) shirt.
