Certain vintage MM or MI cartridges might meet the criteria, but now that word is out regarding their excellence, most are trading at prices between $300 and $600, if in excellent functional condition.
Follow Ups:
It was relatively cheap, but I'd sure guess I paid more for it than the seller did - a certain Mexican you're acquainted with :-)
My own LPM320STRIII gets a lot of playing time. It's a remarkably great cartridge. I would even say I love it, even compared to my LOMC cartridges costing thousands. I credit the person who sold yours to you with bringing Acutex and many other vintage brands to my attention. I think I paid around $250-$300 for mine, but I do realize that his thread has raised prices for all of us.
