I wouldn't know myself, but one comment on the Google Group RMCR claims that there was a documentary on these performers ("The Analogues" - how appropriate - LOL!), and they were trying to use instruments and equipment from the time (the 60's) in their live re-creation. Of course, it comes from The Netherlands (source of so much of the HIP contagion classical music!), and of course, the Beatles never performed this album live, so that in itself is somewhat un-HIP!
Follow Ups:
They do a good job with the music, but the vocals are flat, deadpan and unengaging. Probably because English is not their first language. The video doesn't convince me to move Sgt Peppers any further up my list of favorite Beatles albums.

They are playing SGT PEPPER like it was a KINKS song. That extra bounciness is not correct and makes it sound even more ridiculous.
I'm a Dutch musician who played in cover bands for 30 odd years. I watched the doc. I have mixed emotions about this. I admire The Analogues but OTOH they miss the point IMHO. When you are trying to be this accurate the musician becomes a kind of robot playing the notes exactly like the original. I switched off the TV concert the day after after 5 minutes or so. No joy whatsoever on stage, no real "live" playing. I couldn't stand it.
I played my later Dutch pressing LP. Weird album, weird arrangements, weird stereo images. Lots of analog "sampling", animal sounds what have you. Not meant to play live. Ground breaking at the time tough.

. . . but, nevertheless, for some reason, I liked the Analogues' video. I mean, at this point, it's geezers playing geezer rock for a geezer audience, so I was sensing some joy that they were still able to play at all! ;-)
I saw the Fab Four (tribute band) on AXIStv play Sgt.Peppers in from start to finish excellently. They even had sitar and tambla, etc. players for "Within You Without You".
I was impressed with how much they sounded like The Beatles, especially on a difficult live piece like Pepper.

A quick Google search came up with audio clips from YouTube, but I don't find any video.
See ya. Dave
Yeah, that's all I found via Google as well. Too bad.

I haven't listen to peppers since my high school daze. Believe me, I tried, but it always sounded uneven and thin on a good stereo. I truly believe the new mix makes it as enjoyable as when I first listened. Now, I'm turned on again.
... the Fab Faux for Abbey Road. Not a concert perfornance, but very close to "live."

You might recognize the bassist.
