Local TV segment on record sales
Follow Ups:
So records are becoming more popular for how long and what degree we shall see. What effect will it have on me?

While the prices of less expensive records have gone up, in many cases the prices of expensive collectible records have come down. The higher reaches of the market are much softer than they were prior to 2008.
That is good to know as far as more expensive LPs go there are only so many original LPs left out there as time goes on but I find with time and knowing several vendors thru the years I can still pick up a decent stack every time I go to a show just more crowded these days. Worth the trip tho.

Also saw some Media blurb about how a significant number of LP purchasers are to a 20 something market segment who neither own a TT or even wish to play the recordings. Merely to posses the things.
Lotsa stories and Lotsa Hype. Could there be an Agenda??

My TV used to get turned on once every few months, to watch a game, or whatever.
I recently got a cable package, and it was cheaper to get the phone and internet with cable TV included, than without it, so I've been watching more TV lately.
I'm amused by the number of commercials featuring background people taking LPs out of their jackets while they're trying to sell me beer, tacos, or something.
I knew it was trendy, but the TV ads simply confirm just how trendy it is.
