It is listed in this review as being 10x10-6.

10x10-6 specified by mfg at 100 hz or at 10hz?
This makes a big difference as to what the ACTUAL compliance really is!

The Japanese always specify compliance at 100-Hz so the compliance of the Hana EL cartridge is probably specified at 100-Hz. The article referenced by BCR stated the Hana EL had an arm/cartridge resonance of 9.5-Hz in the SME M2-9 tonearm, which has 9.5-grams effective mass. If you add 1-gram for mounting hardware to the 5-gram weight of the Hana EL, this indicates a compliance at resonance of about 18 x 10 -6 cm/dyne. This equates to an arm/cartridge resonance frequency of about 8.8-Hz in your Technics tonearm.
This should be okay!
Good luck,

John,
I've been using the multiplier of 1.8 when comparing the compliance of cartridges spec'd at 100Hz to those spec'd at 10Hz. This appears to agree with your findings.
It also seems to work out in regards to the Denon DL-103, and it'll probably work when comparing any cartridges spec'd at 100Hz to those spec'd at 10Hz.
Cheers,
SB
