I went to look at a collection of 300 LPs advertised on Craigslist about four years ago. The gal who owned them was a smoker (that's bad enough) but she also had cats. Nearly every one of the records had the spine shredded. Some were chewed on. Thankfully I bought the records dirt cheap, and most of the vinyl was pristine... after I cleaned them and got the cat hair off.
Good luck with the girlfriend's cats. Good idea boxing up the collection until you know how they'll behave.

CAT hair. Its everywhere. Lori seems to think this is normal. Besides the cat deal she is great. Here is a trip we went on a month ago:http://fortcollinsaudio.com/MAZE.html

Don,
I loved the photos of your backpacking trip into The Maze. I've done two week-long and several shorter trips into The Maze & The Fins area of Canyonlands National Park. What a fantastic place, SE Utah is like nowhere else on Earth.
Despite the cats, I approve of your girlfriend. Gotta love a gal who'd scale cliffs and camp in slickrock canyons. :-)
YES!! We did get to the edge of The Land of Standing rocks. We hiked from the west side of the Chocolate Drops to the Chimney. Next time hopefully we can get lost in Ernies Country! We also went to the Grand Staircase and had an adventure in that slot canyon (running in the dark and hitting the jeep at 9:30.
Lori has been following me to stupid places for 8 years. She was the one that made the hard move into the Maze. We are lucky.
