Not sure about the first named stuff, but the Magna-Tech stuff and the last RCA items are from one or more 35mm magnetic film recording set-ups. The shell of MagnaTech is still in business, selling film gear on ePay as "kinemaman". The last time I saw RCA "dubbers" (generic term for 35mm recorder/playback set up) in the wild was at 20th Century Fox in the mid 1990s. Mag film moves at 18ips (not the common 15ips) because that works out to 24fps, motion picture standard since 1928.
Follow Ups:
Yes, you are definitely warm as there was other stuff there that I thought was reel to reel tape players which turned out to be for film. Do you think any of it has any real world value, maybe for recording?

Just saw your reply to my reply. "Real World Value" is a tricky thing when dealing with old magnetic film gear. THE BEST RECORDED SOUND I've ever heard was on 35mm 3-track with no noise reduction. But then most 35mm recorders are almost the size of a phone booth, and there are maybe 1 or 2 manufacturers of 35mm fullcoat left in the world. So it ain't practical at all, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work.
Way back in the day (early 60's, late 50's) some record labels (Everest springs to mind) would trumpet "RECORDED ON 35MM FILM" on the record jackets. It's all been done before. You could certainly sell somebody on the ultimate fidelity of a film based recording chain, but by the time you've set up the controls and the dubbers and sourced a pile of mag for a session, you'd be pretty deep in the hole. And if you're trying to sell such a rig to make a little money, you'll find buyers who would touch the stuff to be few and far between. Just my 2 cents.
