I think they may be PA amp transformers. Blue and blue/white for plates, red for B+. There could be quite a few secondary taps - 4, 8, 16 and 70V, maybe more. Black, yellow, green, white were common for speaker taps, though not always consistent. An ohmmeter could tell a lot.
When I grew up, a power xfmr had a red pair for HV, a red/yellow center tap, a pair of green for 6.3V heaters, and a yellow pair for 5V rectifier heaters.
Everybody knew what was what.
Sometimes you would see blue and/or blue/white if the primary was dual voltage.
Now, it's anybody's guess.
The black and black/white are your primaries. You plug an AC cord into those wires and then plug it into your variac and then set your variac to half of your measured line voltage.Put your meter on your highest AC volts setting and start measuring.I tell you put it at half just for safety and then just double the readings you get.Take a reading on the green and green and white wires which I assume are 6.3vac.At half setting, they may read close to 3.8vac as they are unloaded. Then try the the blue which may be another 6.3vac tap.You can also measure resistance between the wires..Not while it's plugged in of course.

Michael is right, color codes looks like a power transformer.
EIA 606. Made prolly made 1965 (75, 85). 9th week. [509].
Output tranny?
They seem like nice quality but look more like from the 90s to me. I dont have a clue though.
Bobby
Steve is right. That is a Schumacher and they made them for Fender and other companies as well.
Here is what you do.Give us the dimensions of physical size and weight of this power transformer. Also, expose the wires to see all the color codes and we can make a general measurement to get in the ball park.
If it came out of 6L6gc guitar amp, that may be a good trannie for a small 7355 amp you were asking about.
