I just salvaged a pair of W60d's from an attic in an old northwest home my folks bought. the woofer seems in fine condition, but i am hesitant to try to restore the filthy, splintered box, and i think that the tweeters are fried. are these the kind of speakers that will sound nice with a 125 WPC system? it would take a miracle to overthrow my Advents as best in show.... are these worth my time?

Since I never owned a pair,all I can tell you is from the responses I got below I would try to save them!Post your question about these speakers at the top of the page and I'm sure lots of folks will be glad to help!My post is too far down and I thought no one would notice it anymore!Trust me lots of nice more knowledgeable folks on this site about this speaker that would be glad to help!
