I have the 3200. It's a good product. I have also owned the Richard Gray and Sound Application XE-12S. However, IMO no filter I have used compares to the Equitech Balanced Power transformer that I am now using.

Follow Ups:
I currently use the Chang 3200 Mk II. It replaced an Adcom 515. The difference was like night and day. My Bryston 3BSST doesn't seem to benefit that much from it, but my VTL preamp Linn Genki CD Player have both benefited in a big way. My previous Linn Kairn preamp and LK-140's were all plugged in previously as well. cleaner sound, with less perceived hash, quieter backgrounds, subtly more dynamic bass. The detachable cord option on the Mk II is a BIG plus. I recently connected a PS Audio Prelude PC instead of my Wireworld Stratus III to the Chang and the whole system benefitted. Overall a good product and you can pick one up for pretty cheap used.Oh yeah, both of my brothers use the older model 3200 in their systems and they both like it a lot.
