I have used the LT1364 dual unit in my CD player for some
years now. It replaced a high performance AD chip, and
sounded generally better all around for my unit. A fine
chip for the money. Perhaps not as "organic" as the BB637,
which I have in a single stage phono preamp. The 637 sounds
very smooth and neutral (non-solid-sate)with a class A bias
in my circuit, but still quick and resolved.
