hi wheezer, the part number i used is,isL9r1560p2 which are 15 amp 600v. they have a pretty good selection. i get mine as free samples, from Fairchild. good luck with your project, ALLEY-KAT

I'm going to try Schottkey's as the V and I are identical replacements for the stock diodes. Also have on order Mallory CGS to replace the panny supply caps. Should make for interesting results.
I believe the Stealth are similar to FREdS?Thanks AK
