I wish it was just a matter of adjusting the screws...The cone is separating from the surround--Or at least I think it is. It is not apparent to look at, but I can get it to stop by holding my finger on the area where the cone and surround meet.

Follow Ups:
I had a similar problem. In my case, the flexible leads that go from the speaker wire connects to the voice coil where simply vibrating against the cone itself. A gentle bend of the wires away from the contact area (cone or frame)stopped the buzzing.
If the cone is actually torn, it can be repaired with several DIY methods. First off, I'm assuming the cone is paper(or fibre composit)?
