  Above the 3 pins or sockets is a tiny hole with a slotted 'key' With a teeny tiny screwdriver you can unlock it an the sections will undock.

  There is a spring retainer which you have to disengage. Go to the Neutrik web site and match yours to the type shown.

      You place a screw driver into the space or slot in the housing. You will need to work this out as the method can vary depending on type.
