I guess I should say "up and burning".

My Sowter's arrived in yesterday's mail, so last night I had a solder session and now it's churning signal for awhile. By saturday or sunday it should be ready for a good listening session.

The Shallco rotary switch proved to be very easy to work with. The solder posts heat and flow solder very quickly. If it were just a little bit easier to turn the knob.

Thanks to everyone who helped, I'll let you know how it sounds.
