What's usually being done is adding a cancellation magnet to the rear of the driver magnet to cancel EMI fields to place the speaker close to a TV. It is not generally done to increase the flux of the magnet for higher sensitivity as placing another magnet on the back of the first simply won't have that effect.

the progression of adding the magnets with i believe a woofer tester.im well acqainted with the concept of bucking magnets and how/why they are used.
he talked about how the q of the driver changed with more magnets added.
the magnets were not epoxied but simply placed around the back of the speaker magnet.
