well the speakers work with other things but what ever i put into the 3.5 heaedphone jack of the amp i get nothing or just pops! So it must be something on the amp! How can i tell if a resistor or whatever little chips are blown? I have a volt/amp meter, can this help me?Peace

No, you cannot fix amp just like that. You need a technician to do this, or you will for sure make more damage than good.
