12 guage multi-stranded OFC copper in teflon. use star-wiring (parallel wiring not serial).IMO.

sorry, i typically get mine by canibalizing some belden 3 or 2 conductor power cable with teflon insulation... if you are interested in doing it this way you can get some from www.takefiveaudio.com. As far as spools of teflon insulated 12-14AWG coppern cable.... can't help you... you might post this as a separate question on this forum... you will get lot's of sources that way!good luck.
