JMahone,If you are embarrassed by revealing your gear's manufacturer, don't take it out on people who *would have* been happy to help if you would co-operate with more information. You should learn about proper etiquette when it comes to posting requests in a BBS like this before you *demand service on your own terms* then flame people. You don't seem to deserve folks taking up their valuable time to help you if you are such a whiner and ingrate, anyway.

Man, I'm the only one who said something even REMOTELY jerky, and to ask for advice on a problem you won't describe is just silly. What if the shielded cable in there is really good already? If someone knew the model, they might let you know this, and save you the hassle of changing it to inferior cabling. It's extremely important to match cabling to specific purposes, and to match it to the associated equipment. But you'd rather play games. *sigh*
