Anything bigger than 30,000µF will generally cause problems with a standard 25A bridge rectifier rated at 300A surge. Interpolating it would seem that you need a minimum of a 100A surge current rating for your 9400µF caps. It would probably be worth while to install an inrush current limiter. I like the Keystone CL-60 available from Digi-Key for less than $3. It is a couple of ohms cold and decreases to less than 0.1 ohm with only an amp or so.
