Thanks for your comments! The part number for the amp enclosure is listed in the Tripath article. The preamp enclosure is from the same Hammond rack-mount series, only 8" deep instead of 13", otherwise the same. Be aware--these are not cheap, but I think they're worth the money.
The knobs came from Newark and it's been a while--I'll have to see if I can find them again.

Didn't realize that the Hammond rack-mount enclosures where available with brushed aluminum fronts (vs all-black)

  No--the anodized aluminum panel is something I made. It's actually a piece of Alucobond, an architiectural sheeting product made by a company called Alusuisse.
