Is he still in business??
I've sent several emails over the last couple
of weeks and never go a response.
I was trying to place an order for some Black
Gate caps.

I have been a long time customer of Michael Percy, ussually he respond to me in a few hours and ship the next day, at the begining of July an order was placed and it took about 3 weeks to be shipped. The other day I was lucky to contact him on the phone, that day he had 513 Emails to be seen, at the end of that week he filled my order. We need a lot of patient, until he is up to date in service.

He is back in business after the move. I just received a email from him replying to my Black Gate order. Maybe his email has changed too. Give the AA sponsor a chance. Michael Percy Audio

Yes he still in business. I have done business with him twice in the past two weeks. You have to give him a call if your trying to get a hold of him. He told me he had a few thousand e-mails to get back too. New info:

a) He's still in business. I just got an order from him last week. b) He's still apparently working through a large backlog of orders caused by his recent move. Someone quoted him as saying that the backlog was close to 300 orders.
c) He apparently didn't cash my check until he shipped, even though I had sent it weeks earlier. Just good business practice.
d) He doesn't seem to be a guy that gets back to people with questions, especially via email, and he never is available by phone.
e) Therefore, I'd suggest that you determine what it is, exactly, that you want, perhaps from his online catalog, and send him a check. The order will show up. You do have the option of designating the order as "urgent" but one would hope that only those who are truly desperate are doing that.

I have not ordered from him because of all the questions. If you want Black Gates go to the link below. They may be in the UK but I have always received them with in six days at the longest.
