  Your best bet is to do a search of the part #'s on google.com. I did it and got www.precloparts.com for the J99 and www.angelfire.com for the K343. I think these are Hitachi, good luck!

    In fact, I had made a search, using Coppernic which, for some reason, doesn´t include google in their searching machines list...

    Anyhow, I´d like to find a recent substitute, just to get some peace of mind for future needs (you never know...)

      Don't hold your breath about 'newer' mosfets. Hitachi makes a special type mosfet that is not compatable with most other mosfets. Its pinout is also different from the others. There is one outfit in GB that makes a replacement.. I forgot their name at the moment.

        Don't know whether they do those particular parts, but they do make Hitachi clone lateral mosfets ... at a price..
