Are pcb pads replaceable because my on the back of the pcb kind of burned off when i was desoldering a transistor.

Well, I wouldn't say replaceable, but repairable. Techni-Tool sells what they call "circuit frames" that are sheets of copper foil with various pad/trace and other circuit board elements that you cut out and apply to the board. They look like this:

I can't find them listed on their web site but they're in their hardcopy catalog.
Short of something like the circuit frames, you could use eyelets.

Another method of repair is to use the lead of the new replacement part to bridge over to the PCB trace. Make sure the trace is clean to bare copper and carefully tin it. Then just solder the lead to the trace. Careful with the heat.
