Nothing new if just conductive paint, been avail for guitar bodies for years. Maybe carbon powder added to high temp. paint. Also used since 50's to coat the back of CRT's.Boodles said it was not conductive, I just saw that.

So your amp when so treated is probably also not visibile on radar.......
