I would like to treat the tourmaline crystals I have bought based on advice found on this forum on treating crystals. It is mentioned that they should be treated with mineral oil (or if someone has recommendation for other great liquids). Which mineral oil should I best buy?
B's of course. It's 100% Kosher

Yes that would be certified food grade. I think baby oil is also food grade just not certified. Either one will get the job done just fine. Baby oil also burns really well is small decorative oil lamps with around wick a 1/4" or smaller. Much cleaner brighter and less smell than Olive oil most folks use and it will never clog your wick.
Unscented Baby Oil is non food grade certified Mineral Oil. If you want certified food grade Mineral oil most good drug stores carry it in two weights light and heavy. The light would be best so far as I can tell it is the same weight oil as Baby Oil. The light weight is probably the best oil yu could used for a turntable bearing or for your bicycle chain (or anything else). It is the purest oil there is, it's so pure you can eat it. Hope this helps.
