Jon Soderberg (who was with Threshold at the time and does Threshold repairs) attributes the design of the T series to Mikael Bladilaius, Mike Jaynes and Wayne Coburn. Steve:THANK YOU! I called Soderberg and he provided some invaluable information, both on thermal runaway and on IGBT design in general.
FYI, Bladilaius was the primary designer of the IGBT amps.
