Hello,

I am fixing my audio D/A and CDP. I am looking for some electronic parts which dealers and many electronic shopes in my city said they don't have these parts.

1. Small transistors with 3 pins in rectancular shape (about 5x3x2 mm). It printed, on it, "C124EL R", "C124EL U", "A124EL M", A124EL P", "A1561", "MNI280-S"

2. Green square shape with 3 pins (center pin is very short and look different than other 2 pins. size is 5x6x2 mm. It said "B1261". I search from internet and there is 2SB1261-Z from NEC. I don't whether they are same thing or not. Shape and size look very similar but part number is different.

Do you know where I can find these parts or any substitute products to them?
