mr curlany ideas on using bybees between the battery power supply and the receiving source of the battery power. my dac and tranport are of the mains and was looking for insight on bybees and batteries.
Follow Ups:
I don't know what to say. Batteries are pretty good by themselves.

thanks john. batteries are in fact fantastic. i guess my question is ... can they be improved upon by using a bybee filter. i was under the impression that mr. bybee develooped these for use on submarines. are subs using dc battery power to run their electronics? would this mean that even battery power can use some improvement?
Not always

I went to a restaurant that serves "breakfast at any time". So I ordered French Toast during the Renaissance.
I suspect that when submarines are in listening mode, they are running on batteries. What good would passive sonar be, if the 'enemy' could detect them fairly easily.

Depends what systems are running.

Batteries may be improved upon if more than one device is attached.I'm using an Altmann Attraction DAC and Charlize T-Amp on the same Optima red top automotive battery.
Got slightly but significantly cleaner sonics when I added a simple Rat Shack ferrite RFI blocker on the power supply wire between the battery and DAC.
The Charlize was polluting the supply.
YMMV
The original devices that were originally developed for the military were much more expensive, and there are many versions of Bybee devices. You could try them and they could help, but AC sources are much more 'dirty' than simple batteries.

johnone last thing. can you reveal more information about the other versions?

No, but they are smaller.
