The design of the saw does not justify a good fence, as I explained below.
It is a waste of time and money on this saw to even try and tune it up for anything other than 90* cuts on thin material.

The only craftsman tingy i have in the shop is an old 10" radial arm saw. It workd reasonably well and keeps in tune. I know nothing about their table saws.
