Hi all,Has anyone here tried modifying the new DLO homedock so that you bypass the internal amplifier (which I hear sounds terrible)and make it a pure line out to be connected with a decent amp? I would love to be able to do this because the rest of this product seems like an ideal solution to use an ipod with the hifi and tv. If anybody knows of a product out there that does this already, I'm all ears. Thanks!
Enjoy the season!

Several products available to get a pure line-out from the iPod that bypasses the EQ (which can be turned off) or any other enhancements.

Can't quite answer your question, but you might find the following link interesting. TG Metal of Japan makes a metal part that is designed to stick with and stabilize an iPod dock, for obivous audiophile reasons.
