White rice has been dehusked and polished. You want it with the husk on - the extra layer provides constrained layer damping at a micro level for much improved performance :-)David Aiken
I could use the extra quilities....but remember tip toes are hard as rocks......maybe machine all thr rice so their is a pointed end and flat end.............
