Just one more thing: in my country it's not always easy to come by fiberglass board at exactly desired density (I stated Owens Corning just for illustration). At this moment the only 3-pcf density board I can find is made of "rock-wool" - is it 100% OK to use rock wool instead of fiberglass?
If it's not, what would be better option (less harmful) for my purpose: 1.125 pcf or 6 pcf fiberglass board ?

6 pcf is better for bass trapping, and 3 pcf is better for mid and high frequencies. If you can get only one or the other it's not a big problem either way. And yes, mineral wool of the same density is fine.
