After reading all these replys, I can see how the problems encountered with my amps are just a bump in the road. A tiny bump compared to some. I feel silly after reading about Mikes trials in the UK. I'm not certain why I let this experience sour my life over the past few weeks. I am very lucky with my lot in life.On a positive note, I received two emails from inmates who had the same problems with their premium setup. They had both made wiring errors that took out the voltage regulators. From their descriptions, I believe this may be my problem. One inmate even offered to bring his operating amps over for comparison! Pretty nice audio community.
I will set them aside for awhile when I get them back from Joe. In the meantime, I'll try not to get so bugged by the little things in life. Thanks all.

Come on over to the dynaco forum and let us see if we can talk you through the problems.I see two common trends when folks run into problems. One, they don't understand the circuit they are trying to install and so can't logically troubleshoot it and/or see what gets connected where. Two, they totally tear down their amp without bothering to label anything or make any notes and have no clue what wire is what.
If you were able to rebuild your ST70 then you should not have problems with the monoblocks. If you truly decide to give up on the project let me know if you want to sell your parts.
