Yes I understand about bloated bass and have adjusted in the past. I have given it a listen for a week and I still believe it is weak. My second system monitor speakers are giving me more push.

My cabling is Chris VH except for the speaker cables. I believe flavor 3 on the cdp, 1 on the pre, and 4 on the amp. Pulsar on the interconnects with xhadow RCAs.
