The Curie point of nickel chromium alloys is inversely proportional to chromium content, so anything with more than 6% chromium is non-magnetic at room temperature.Nichrome resistance alloy is typically 20% chromium or more.

The blurb just said Nicrhrome, which has a significant iron content that makes it slightly ferromagnetic. Nichrome V is a straight 80/20 nickel/chromium and is paramagnetic. They didn't make any distinction in the blurb and didn't mention anything about any non-magnetic properties so I assumed when they said Nicrhome that they meant Nichrome, and not Nichrome V.
