I admire Audax HD-A's clean (lack of conical cavity coloring) sound, but don't expect true bass frequencies. Audax is practically incapable of bass reguardless of the series. However, I'm not too fond of the drivers capable of reaching 60Hz in the midrange bands. Anything above 1kHz sounds significantly degraded. It's like the conical breakup distortion is providing the sound. Just this man's observation.
