I don't like Bybees in the music coupling. Although I'd consider them in a subwoofer. The best place to start is to put them in the power supply of your amp, CD player & power conditioner if you have one. That will give you the best bang for the buck to start with when using bybees.

You are talking about 6 Bybees then, at roughly $75 ea or $450 total? What kind of speakers do you have, that is a fair bit, but if your budget is ok with that its up to you. I added one to my center channel speaker in my HT setup and heard a difference in highs and percussion, better low level details. Then I ordered 2 more. 1 each for my 2 tower speakers, only at the crossover input, I couldn't budget 1 for each driver, and still heard a difference. They are expensive but if you are looking to hear maximum detail and have the budget it is worthwhile. My reference for critical listening in my HT system was the Kill Bill DVD. After the Bybees were in, I could hear seagulls in the background soundtrack of the scene where Uma enters the sushi shop in Okinawa to ask Sonny Chiba for one of his swords, and again when they go to his upstairs loft. I had never heard the seagulls before and that was the most definitive detail I could distinctly discern.

lots of comments about this. I think only you can say if they work for you.
