When I had my speakers placed in room 4.5x6x4.5m everything
was fine. Nice deep and flat bass with overall balance.
Recently I moved in a new flat with sitting room 3.6x5.8x2.8m. It was terrible surprise – unbalanced sound. I did wall and ceiling treatment which
Improved overall sound but still there is a missing bass somewhere around
50-60Hz. Big hole!! Simply, some of those tones that were so good and important - vanished.
Is there any way how I can get it back

Follow Ups:
I would try a pair of these in the top corners behind your speakers.

He needs the oposite of this device. This device will only make it worse in his case.

Fortunately you are wrong. These were actually used in a project studio and written up in Mix magazine a few years ago.
The studio had a big hole in the bass.
The tuned diaphragm absorbers fixed it.
Depending on whether the wave goes a half wave trip, of a full wave trip, causes either a peak or a dip in the response.
Fixing the pressure problem at the source will fix either.
An EQ cannot fix a problem like this because it is in the time domain.
