I have no idea where to buy these off the shelf anywhere! See my post below for where to buy them on the Web. Arbor Scientific is cheapest from my explorations and was reliable with me and had dead ball only packages. Others pack them with half superballs, and these are not useful, so you're paying double per quantity. Edmund Scientific has them in other sizes, but not best deal and packed with superballs.

  Here's the URL and SKU for starters, but the packs that only include the dead balls you have to call them about. Otherwise you're paying for half superballs and these are not useful.
