I am using the Belden cross connected method for speaker cable, very nice, but Spendor's speaker's I have recommend bi-wiring. I was thinking of using a silver wire for second set to the HF. Would this be a problem of miss match or improve high frequency's?.

Why not build a second set of the CC89259? It works great on the tweeter too!If you tried to use a CC89259 on the LF's, and a fine silver wire for the HF's, this would probably involve a large disparity in the region where the two overlap, althought there are techniques to minimize this dichotomy of sound, see:

Jon, I think I will stay with the XC 89259 thanks.
