hello all,
i am helping my dad 'upgrade' XO components and have measured the R values but there is nothing written on them to indicate wattage values. Wondering if in general single 12w mills would work on the tweeter part or if I needed to use two paralleled to be safe. Thanks, jon

Thanks. the amp puts out 100 watts & I am not sure about the tweeter rating... However it is seldom driven hard. Also wondering if the power the resistor needs to dissipate is peak or something like rms (seems more likely)... thanks

How much wattage does your amp put out?I think for example a 12watt resistor plus a 30watt tweeter is 42 watts. Not sure, but its a start.
