OK, so Xenithon's enthusiasm has me thinking of absorber's again. Has anybody got knowledge about Roxul Safe & Sound product as the batting in a wall-mounted absorber panel? Does it have the same escaping-fiber concerns as fiberglass would? Or am I best from a health and safety concern to just go with polyester batting? Thanks for any insight.

Follow Ups:
I actually contacted Roxul about this... and they indicated it was safe for use in this method... though to be honest it was not clear they totally understood what I was doing (not sure why I have this reservation...).Even with this product, I was going to put some thin poly over top and then cover with burlap from Ikea.

Thanks. I too am tempted to give it a try with a light poly cover, but I have not seen burlap un fabric stores around here. Maybe I will try the pre-pierced stuff they talk about for quilting, if i can find some in a decent colour.
