...to a PDF of a Sansui TU-X1 posted on the Tuner Information Center. Scroll to page #20, which shows how to attach a standard oscilloscope to a tuner with outputs, the proper scope settings, and what the display is indicating.
I'm going to assume your TU-919 will be similar.

Heh... I looked at the TU-919 manual. Nada. Thought about checking the TU-X1 but figured it was too esoteric . :)
Well done.
all the best,

I only knew that was in the TU-X1 owners manual because I had answered a similar question here once before, and remembered finding it on the TIC.
Since neolith is selling his TU-919 tuner, it's too bad he doesn't have the owners manual, as I'm betting Sansui included same information in there. Having the manual might help the sale.
Thought I posted that earlier. :-pNot nearly as much info on the scope outputs, though, as that TU-X1 documentation. The manual may be incomplete, though(!).
EDIT: fixed the bum link per the post below; sorry about that
all the best,

That's where your link went.
You can find the AU-919 link yourself ;)
At any rate, I fixed the link in the post. Sorry about that.
It coulda been worse , right?
all the best,
mrh
...because I was just joking. I'm assuming the tools were meant for that guy who couldn't get the lid off his power conditioner, yes?
I always enjoy your posts, thanks!
